Double Joker Poker

In Double Joker Poker you are playing with a 54 card deck.  This is different from other versions of video poker.  First of all you normally play with a 52 card deck in which you can have deuces, aces, or other cards act as the wild card.  In this game the jokers are the wild cards.  They act like the deuces would in games like Deuces wild.  We will get more into that a little later, but first let’s talk about how to play the game.

To play the game you are better off playing the max bet so that you get the highest payout on all winning hands, and especially for the royal flush.  When you get dealt a royal flush you can earn 4,000 coins.  Once you place your bet you are dealt five cards.  If there are any jokers in this deal you need to hold them.  At this point you also need to decide what else you are going to hold.  For Double Joker Poker you can hold the cards that make most sense as long as you are prepared for a pair of Jacks or Better.  The pair of jacks is the lowest hand you can have.  If you have a jack and a joker you could decide to hold both cards.  You could also decide to scrap the four cards and just keep the joker.  This can give you a higher probability of getting a better overall hand in the game.

The doubling comes in once you have won a hand.  When you win say $10 dollars you have the option of doubling that amount.  You will be shown five cards on the computer screen.  One card is the computers and it is face up.  If the card you choose out of the other four is higher than the computer, you have just doubled the amount of your winnings
